I write, read, or talk to people. Sometimes though, when things are particularly bad, I'll get on my computer, boot up Open Broadcaster, pick a random game, start streaming, and be "Cinder Script" for a while. Helps a lot, to let go of everything for a while, including your name.
This doesn't SOUND very useful, and honestly that last one's more a coping mechanism, but when I'm streaming I'm not my usual self. I'm Cinder Script, the writer and streamer with a voice for radio and a head for the watch lists. It may sound contrary to my previous comments, but sometimes you just have to take a step back from everything and DO something, coming back to whatever's causing you stress later once time has passed.
