dissociate on command

i was taking a shower and thinking abt how much i hate school and existing and i jokingly thought to myself "i should just get some existential angst tattooed on the palm of my hand so i can just read it and go 'mhmm' and dissociate for a good hour or so" and idk if the sad part is that i thought of this or that i'm willing to try it
also tbh dissociation is kind of a superpower for me bc i can just like check out whenever and still keep doing stuff but not have to put much effort into it like. honestly my only redeeming quality
